text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;/div&gt;Speglar är mest av ondo när du tränar…&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Framförallt distraheras du av din egen spegelbild men även av dom som står bredvid.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Det är meningen att du skall &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;känna&lt;/span&gt; din kropp och dina rörelser, inte se hur den beter sig. Känslan genom ditt nervsystem reagerar dessutom snabbare än via ögonen och spegeln.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Funktionell träning handlar om att förbereda sig på livets möjliga kroppsrörelser och det är sällan du gör dessa framför spegeln i vardagen. En del är så vana att träna framför spegel att de nästan tappar balansen om man tar bort den i tex. knäböj.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;En spegel kan vara bra ibland om man vill korrigera någon specifik teknik men då är det mer rättvist om du filmar så att du i lugn och ro kan studera tekniken.
